About the Musical Acoustics Network

The Musical Acoustics Network was originally supported by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council as part of its Culture and Creativity Programme. The Musical Acoustics Network is open to all those interested in the scientific study of musical instruments and musical sound, and is intended to build bridges and develop collaborations between musical performers, makers of musical instruments, and scientists working in the broad research area known as musical acoustics.
