• Wednesday 12th October 2005:
  Edinburgh Renaissance Band
  Medieval and Renaissance music performed on cornetts, shawms,
  sackbuts, viols and other period instruments.
  

• Wednesday 2nd November 2005:
  The Edinburgh Quartet
  Haydn  Quartet in C major. opus 54 No 2
  Gal       String Quartet No 1 in F minor, opus 16
  

• Wednesday 23rd November 2005:
  Edinburgh University Renaissance Singers
  Noel O'Regan   Director
  Music for St. Andrew, including works by Palestrina, Victoria and Gallus.
  

• Wednesday 7th December 2005:
  Edinburgh University Folk Song Society
  Programme of Scottish Folk Music.
  

Programme, Session 2005-6, the concerts in the second semester

• Wednesday 18th January 2006:
  Chameleon Baroque Ensemble
  Chamber Music from the Baroque period.
  

• Wednesday 22nd February 2006:
  Classical Guitar - Ian Smith
  Programme including Neil Munro: Variations on a Scottish Theme,
  Sakura by Yocoh, Gigue and Allemande by Ponce.
  

• Wednesday 22nd March 2006:
  Fiddle and Guitar - Paul and Alan Murray
  Songs and tunes old and new, with guitar and fiddle.
  

• Wednesday 29nd March 2006:
  Gaïta Medieval Music
  13th-14th century music from Scotland and further afield
  

• Wednesday 12th April 2006:
  The Haftor Medboe Group
  Jazz in KB
  

The April concert has been the last one in the academic year 2005-6, and the volunteers of the Friends of KB Music would like to thank everone involved for turning these concerts into such wonderful experience.

The MusicInKB AGM has been held on the 26th April 2006 in the Scottish Microelectronics Centre.

We hope for large audience numbers once the concerts restart in autumn 2006.
