Meeting fee
The meeting fee is £230 (£140 for students) if paid before June
18th and £270/£160 if paid after this date. The meeting
fee includes coffee and tea and the conference dinner
Accommodation
Accommodation is available in single rooms at Wadham College at a price
of £340 including taxes for the period of the conference including
all meals from dinner on the 3rd to breakfast on the 7th with the exception
of the conference dinner on the evening of the 6th which is included in the
meeting fee. For those who plan to arrive early or leave late it is possible
to arrange accommodation on the nights of the 2nd and the 7th at a price of
£55 per night bed and breakfast.
Accompanying persons
Accompanying persons are most welcome. There is a fee of £45
for accompanying persons who wish to attend the conference dinner. Please
note that the accomodation in Wadham is in single rooms and hence a second
room will have to be booked for an accompanying person, a number of twin sets
(two adjoining rooms sharing a bathroom) may be available to accommodate this.
