ASIC

Fix for floating net - few days to effect
Feedback stabilisation (increased current - equivalent to reduced R_f) 
would require significant re-design effort to extend range of currents 
available. Higher standing current would represent noise source - not 
recommended, fix actual (presumably external) problem.

Production options

Assume 90% yield AIDA needs ~390, LYCCA ~ 250 total ~650 dies

November 2 - final date for MPW submission

full production wafer run - submit anytime, 2-3 weeks advance, 2 months
production time, 6 wafers (~400 dies/wafer) guaranteed 2 wafers
£80k (incl. VAT) - 61.9kEuro+tax masks, 18.55kEuro+tax 6 wafers 

*TARGET* september submission, full wafer run, ~2000 dies
subsequent 8" slice/dice by external contractor
