4.3GeV 36Ar + 200um 197Au (primary beam)
LYCCA DSSSD - MSL type BB7(DS)-300 - dE ~ 120MeV - module #13
TRIM predicts for 0.2mm Au dE=431.2MeV, sigma=3.11MeV => FWHM=7.32MeV FWHM/dE ~ 1.7%
TRIM predicts for 0.3mm Si dE=121.2MeV (4300MeV), sigma=1.52MeV => FWHM=3.58MeV FWHM/dE ~ 3.0%
TRIM predicts for 0.3mm Si dE=131.0MeV (3868MeV), sigma=1.51MeV =>
FWHM=3.55MeV FWHM/dE ~ 2.7%
We would expect dE peak width ~8MeV FWHM
