~30 wire bonded since previous meeting

Total of ~70 assembled modules

~8 modules to be assembled

Very high yield of die onto mezzanine (failure mode observed was
power supply circuit) - only 2 faulty dies found which have been
replaced
 
SLT to do ~2 weeks bench tests with ASIC to investigate overload
recovery (link) circuit

- PCS working on waveform capture VHDL
  using 1x ASIC dev basis
  ~months dev to be done

- 40x AIDA
  26x LYCCA available

  will enquire of remainder to MK

Mechanical

- support frame delivered last week
- building further crates
- setup plumbing with large recirculating chiller (water)
- assembly complete by mid-September

aim to build working (4x 8cmx8cm DSSSD) 8x module system
for VFEP to develop DAQ system
