Summary of meeting

ASIC
----

Simulating effects of decoupling on mezzanine module
-> variety of layout issues related to module. Optional
sites for cap install will be included.

May impact design of mezzanine cover (or at least it should
be toleranced such that small caps can be fitted and bonding
head clearance issues avoided).

Alternatively, the back of the mezzanine could be used for larger
caps.
