Mezzanine - various manufacture/assembly problems
Currently 10 (of 20) rated OK by PCS
PCS will supply 5 best boards and 'kits' for assembly to RAL
Yield indicates significant mezzanine design revisions will be
required before production.

PCS will attend BUTiS/White Rabbit demo at GSI December 8
