Multiphoton microscopy on BIORAD system re-installed
The multiphoton capabilities on the BIORAD Radiance 21000 MP system have been re-enabled using a Mira laser on loan from the Laser loan pool.
Following a successful application to the 'LASERS for SCIENCE FACILITY LOAN POOL' by Anita Jones, Jochen Arlt and Paul Clegg the Coherent Mira laser system has now been installed within COSMIC for a 28 week loan period.
The laser is couple into the BIORAD Radiance 21000 MP system for 'standard' 2-photon imaging as well as Fluorescence lifetime imaging.
