In the COSMIC Fluorescence Lifetime Studies laboratory, we have a LaVision PicoStar HR image intensifier with a LaVision Imager 3LS QE CCD camera. These provide ultrafast (ps) time-resolved gated imaging.

The features of this camera are:

• spectral range 280-1000 nm

• 16-bit dynamic range
  

• ultrafast shutter down to 50 ps

• image size 1370 x 1040 pixels

• spatial resolution up to 15 lp/mm

• 18-mm intensifer with single or double stage MCP
